SYNOPSIS
CLÁSSICA is a sensory journey through the great classics of music history, featuring interpretations ranging from operatic themes to musicals and film classics, such as Schubert’s Ave Maria, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera, and Ennio Morricone’s Cinema Paradiso. A total of thirteen works by classical composers, orchestrated for piano and string quintet by Maestro and pianist Mário Rui Teixeira, bring to life timeless pieces known for their beauty, simplicity, and emotional intensity—forming both a gentle and grand declaration of love for Music, Art, and our Culture.

CONCERT STRUCTURE
The concert features 13 musical works and lasts approximately 60 to 75 minutes.

Clássica Ensemble (7 performers): Soprano (1), Piano (1), String Quintet (5).

Note: We prioritize the full ensemble formation with ten performers, but we are available to adjust the size of the team according to the presentation venue and the available budget for the concert/cycle.
